Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 1,703 Rentable Square Feet of space to yield 1,481 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of space. Occupancy date is October 1, 2005, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded North: Savannah River: East: 5th Street: South: Walton Way; and West: 13th Street. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., column spacing of at least 25 feet; no atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; and no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking consisting of 3 secured parking spaces on site and employee/patron parking required by code on site. Tenant agency is a Federal law enforcement agency and may temporarily detain prisoners at selected location.
