Description

Cleaning Services of the Office/Visitor Center and Shop Buildings at the Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge in Rochert, Minnesota. The proposed purchase order will be for a base year of performance starting January 2005 and will include options for an additional 4 years. Cleaning service to be provided weekly during the months of April through October and every other week during the months of November through March. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720; the small business standard is $14.0 Million. A Request for Quotation package will be issued to interested sources and is expected to be available approximately November 24, 2004 with quotations due approximately December 14, 2004.
