Description: The USDA Forest Service, Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests, intends to negotiate a sole source contract for fish surveys to Conservation Fisheries, Inc. The purpose of the surveys is to determine the impact of Hurricane Ivan on threatened and endangered species located in the Conasauga River Watershed. This award will be made on a sole source basis because Conservation Fisheries, Inc. is the only entity in the area permitted by the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service to propagate and handle federally listed fish. This permit is required to conduct these surveys. This notice is for information only. This is not a request for quotes or offers.
