- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-25 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20041101. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC/SVC) code is J099 and the dollar standard is $6.0 Million. NAICS is 811219. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (award will be less than $100,000) will be followed. Service shall be completed within 60 days of receipt of approval to repair/upgrade defective equipment. The contractor shall notify the POC in a timely manner concerning any issues that would adversely impact the contractor?s ability to meet and satisfy the performance and schedule requirements of this SOW. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the evaluation and repair of various models of Olympus Industrial borescope equipment described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the required training requirement. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH FAR 52.204-7 CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (OCT 2003) AND DFARS 252.204-7004, ALTERNATE A (NOV 2003).
