Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound has a requirement for void filling ballast valves (diaphram actuates). FISCPS intends to award a sole sourced procurement to Griswold, bda Cla-Val Company. Award will be made utilizing commercial SAP procedures IAW FAR Part 13.5. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302. Interest persons may identify their interest and capability to respond on the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. A copy of this solicitation may be viewed and downloaded at www.neco.navy.mil. Place of delivery is FOB Destination - Bremerton, WA. No telephone or fax requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. An email request to mary.carkeek@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from NECO website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quote may render yur quote nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
