Description

The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 130 usable/200 rentable square feet for personnel, furnishings, and equipment in Great Falls, Montana. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physicallly handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, must not lie within the 100/500 year flood plain, and will be subject to any and all other building construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state, and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. Such space shall be ready for occupancy on or before December 15, 2004. The government is seeking a lease term of ten (10) years with the first five (5) years firm. Space must be located within the Central Business District of Great Falls, Montana.
