- The proposed contract is 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for Shipboard Furniture -- Berth Modular, crew and troop. Dual unit consisting of two. Navy Shipboard Furniture Catalog Model Number B-1B-1, Type 1, Style 1, 3 High-3 locker berths, Hull type number 805-5959312 arranged back to back with common rear stanchions according to CG Drawing FL-3306-31. Each berth shall be complete with fluorescent berth lights, rear and side panels and curtains with track. Berth light to be in accordance with Navsea Dwg 804-595312, pc 49. Curtains shall be Naval Shipboard Furniture Catalog Model B-2B-3, Style A, with Class 1 curtain fabric, color: solid blue. Stanchions shall be mounted on the back and sides with adjustable deck socket base for installation in a space with overhead height approximately 90?, mounting holes shall not be predrilled. Paint finish shall match federal standard 595A #12648, orange - - Estimated quantity is 2 each year- - Berth Modular , Navy Shipboard Furniture Catalog Model Number B-1B-1, Type VI, Style 1 2 High-2Locker berths, Hull type number 805-959312. Each berth shall be complete with fluorescent berth lights, rear and side panels and curtains with track. Berth light to be in accordance with Navsea Dwg 804-595312, pc 49. Curtains shall be Naval Shipboard Furniture Catalog Model B-2B-3, Style A, with Class 1 curtain fabric, color: solid blue. Sub-base shall consist of one 2 unit sub-base and one 4-unit sub-base, sub-bases shall be constructed in accordance with Navsea Dwg. S3306-921770. - - Estimated quantity 12 each per year - - Table, solid top. Navy Shipboard Furniture Catalog Model Number B-4D-3, Hull type drawing number: S3306-633778 modified as follows: Table shall be L-shaped, with 6 legs. Frame shall be painted #102324, Brown, in accordance with Fed Std 595B. Top high pressure laminate shall be Wi8lson Art ?Nepal Teak? #7209-60 or equal - - Estimated quantity of 2 each per year -- 2 Drawer Filing Cabinet. Navy Shipboard Furniture Catalog Model Number B-6A-10, type II. Hull Type Drawing Number S3306-633778. Modified as follows: Change number of drawers from 5 to 2 and change height accordingly; change depth from 28? to 18?. - - Estimated Quantity 8 each per year -- Bookcase. Fabricate in accordance with Coast Guard Drawing FL-3306-25, sheet 2 and 92 modified as follows: Change depth from 12? to 18?. Overall dimensions shall be height 29? X width: 36? Hull Type Drawing Number S3306-644778 - - Estimated quantiy 2 each per year - - It is intended to award a Requirements Type Contract with one (1) Base year and Four (4) option years. Delivery shall be made to U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Delivery shall be 84 calendar days after issuance of the delivery order.
