- Description
- Various NSNs. Solicitation will be issued for Long-Term Contract for 12 NSNs. Eight are Colt Rights Guard (RG) and four are Rights Guard with First Article Test (F.A.T.). Solicitation will contain Rights Guard Certification which must be signed by an authorized person with the company and faxed to (215)737-5151 by close of business, five business days after issue date of solicitation. Drawings will be sent to eligible respondents via CD. Any company who has successfully delivered on one of these NSNs and followed RG procedures within the past three years, need not follow these procedures, but must notify me of the contract number in the same timeframe stated above. The NSNs which require F.A.T. are: 5360-00-978-1036, 5360-01-136-5471, 5360-00-992-8308, and 5360-00-999-0404. Rights Guard NSNs that do not require F.A.T. are: 5360-00-056-2246, 5360-00-992-6652, 5360-00-992-6655, 5360-00-992-6665, 5360-01-381-6183, 5360-00-992-6648, 5360-01-134-3710, and 5360-01-033-8885. Should Colt Defense send in a proposal, they will be exempt from these procedures.
