Description: Architect/Engineer services needed for a Ketchen modernization project at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System, Des Moines division. New equipment including a convection rethermalization system, dish room equipment, chillers, and tray lines will be provided by the VA. Project also includes architectural changes to allow more efficient space utilization. Tasks include schematics, design development, preparation of construction bid documents, construction period services, and updating facility record drawings. Interested firms shall submit SF330. Design firms within 250 miles of Des Moines will be considered.
