PRON: AX579352AXAX, NSN: 1560-01-319-1209, PN: 70302-10100-058, Quantity: 11 each, with one 100% option, applicable to the UH-60, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery is 11 each, 209 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to Sikorsky Cage 78286, because, the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to re verse engineer this part, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for aw ard. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cm o/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjuste d dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
