Description

NEED: FSC Code 1095, NAIC 332313 with 500 employees as a Small Business classification, PN 0131501X960324, 49,000 each Drogue Plates for the F/81MM ILLUM M853 IAW drawing 9369956F dtd 23 Jan 95. This acquisition will have a 100% option and a first ar ticle requirement which is due 30 days after award. Delivery schedule is as follows: 20,000/month starting in 01 MAY 05 and continuing into June with 9,000 units being delivered in July. FOB Destination: Pine Bluff Arsenal. U.S. Army Field Support Command (AFSC) intends to issue and Invitation for Bid, W52P1J-05-B-3001. This contract will be set a side for small businesses only. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The IFB will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acq uisition Business Website, http://acquisition.army.mil on or about December 01, 2004 with opening 30 days from issuance. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (C CR). If you are not registered in the CCR, you cannot be awarded a DoD contract. You may register via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Interested firms are invited to submit proposals after this solicitation is posted to the web. It will be the responsi bility of the contractor to check these websites for the issuance and any changes to the solicitation. No hard copies are available.
