Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, AZ has a solicitation to acquire service for Robotic Autosmaple for Phoenix 8000. Request for Quotation No. 05SQ340002 will identify the specifics for this requirement. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide services. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219. The receipt of quotes will be due on November 18th, 2004. However, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. Once available, this solicitation must be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov and ideasec.nbc.gov. The Government reserves the right to issue the solicitation on paper or CD-ROM if the website becomes inoperable or in the Contracting Officer determines it is in the Government's best interest to do so. The government contemplates award on or about November 19th. The resultant award will be made on an all or none basis to include a basic period with four option periods. Offerors should register on the website to be included on the offerors list in order to receive notifications pertaining to the solicitation. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. Failure to register in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible for award. The Central Contractor Registration Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423.
