- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Forward hanger bolt in accordance with NAVAIR Drawing 639AS6699, Revision H (Quantity - 2,000 each). This requirement is a manufacturer sole source to M S Aerospace due to this contractor being the only approved source on the drawing and proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatice hardship to the program.
