Description

The National Geospatial Agency (NGA) (formerly National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA)) intends to award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to the Aspen Institute at Wye River Marriott Conference Center. The Aspen Institute will host a Senior Leadership Conference lasting for three days. The conference package includes overnight accommodations for 50 conference attendees. In addition the conference package includes multimedia equipment and sole use of a secure conference room for conference attendees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A formal solicitation package is not available. Contractors who believe they have this capability should respond in order to be considered for future competitive solicitations. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
