- The US Coast Guard, Maintenance and Logistics Command, Atlantic, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Wartsila Lips, Inc. for one (1) each Face Change Out Kit Port Shaft, P/N US70764, one (1) each Face Change Out Kit Centerline Shaft, P/N US70748 and one (1) each Face Change Out Kit STBD Shaft, P/N US70749 under the authority of FAR 6.302. Wartsila Lips possesses necessary proprietary data to provide these products. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received within nine (9) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of quotes received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
