- NSN: 2990010465864, Cable, Governor Control. Made in accordance with Drawing (30554)72-5091 and all current related data. Solicitation is for a possible five-year Long Term Contract with an estimated annual quantity of 1200 units to be delivered to various locations within CONUS. Desired delivery is up to 900 in 90 days with additional shipments of 100 units every 30 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Notes 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps (and on the dibbs) on its issue date of December 6, 2004. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies.
