- RFP, SP0570-05-R-0018 Solicitation Period: 14 days, Issue Date: November 30, 2004 Closing Date: December 14, 2004. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), General & Industrial Directorate intends to issue a solicitation for NSN 4520-01-162-0385, Heater Water, Liquid Fuel; M-80 Water Heater Type I. This item is fully competitive under military specification MIL-H-44086B. First Article Testing is required. The total quantity is 444 each with a 25% - 100% option included. Drawings for this NSN will be available during open solicitation which can be accessed on the World Wide Wed at http://abiwed.dscp.dla.mil/abi or the drawings section of the Procurement Gateway. In addition, copies of the drawings via CD-Rom can be obtained by contacting the buyer, Tiffanie Reed. Please submit requests for the CD Rom via email tiffanie.reed@dla.mil.
