- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 5.202. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604- 05-R-6181. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 effective 04 November 2004, Class Deviation Notive 2004-o0001 and DFARS Change Notice 20040930. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7001. This purchase is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to ESI North America of Bloomfield Hills, MI, the sole developer, and exclusive supplier of the ESI Procast simulation software package. This procurement will be for the purchase of an ESI Procast simulation package that will provide the software tools and training necessary for operation. Coverage is 12 months from 14 DARO. This RFQ has the following line item(s): CLIN Description QTY 0001 ESI Procast Simulation Package 1 lot To include training at government facility. DESCRIPTION: Software simulation package Proposals must price each above line item listed. Please note if manufacturer requires a license agreement to be signed by government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. FOB Destination Ship to: WPAFB OH 45433.
