- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for the purchase of 16 each Power Supplies, NSN 6130-01-517-9240EW, P/N WRDJ04X-U, applicable to the AN/APR-46A System. Basic quantity of 16, with Option 1 quantity ranging from 1 ? 16, and Option 2 quantity ranging from 1 ? 16, and Option 3 quantity ranging from 1 ? 16. Delivery schedule for basic and all options is 30 days after award of contract. Destination information: Robins AFB, GA, 31098. The approximate solicitation issue date is 3 December 2004, with the approximate response date of 3 January 2005. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, ETA-USA, Inc., 16170 Vineyard Blvd., Suite 180, Morgan Hill, CA, 95037, CAGE code 1B2U4, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. See Notes 22 & 26. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 30 days of the synopsis publication date. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Late responses will not be accepted.
