Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91CRB-05-T-0017 that is issued as a request for quotation. The NAICS code is 334119, the size standard is 1,000. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement , FMS Case UMJ Purchase Request USASAC4245X040. This requirement is for NSN 7025-01-487-8789 Printer, Quantity 6 each, for use in end item OK-398(V)1/TPQ, for the Fire Finder Radar System, for the Government of Turkey. Also to include a one year warranty , Quantity 6 each. Delivery: 28 February 2005 for quantity one each and remaining balance six months ADC; at Barstow, CA, terms are F.O.B. Destination. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. Offerors that can provide an expedited delivery should include with their proposal. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based o n best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule and Price. Award will be made to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government.
