- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis and Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is:W56HZV-05-T-0004. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal A cquisition Circular 2001-25, effective 05 OCT 2004. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 332996, manifolds and pipe, corresponding to a size standard of 500 employees for small business qualifi cation. Basis for award - Award shall be made to the responsible offeror having the lowest price. The United States Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for Hydraulic Manifolds, part numbers and quantities; 12496948 Qty 535, 12496934 Qty 535, 12496935 Qty 535, 12496938 Qty 535. See diagrams. The quotation shall be submitted electronically to hillja@tacom.army.mil . Quotations shall be in English (American Standard) language and denominated in U.S. dollars. Quotation shall also include shipping and delivery schedule. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and quotations shall be made accordingly. In the event that we select your quotation for award, we will send out a contract incorporating the above terms & conditions, and particulars of your quotation. TACOM reserves the right to seek clarification on any aspect of your quotation. This acquisitio n is unrated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
