- Modification is to change the description and the solicitation on or about posting date from November 29, 2004 to November 22, 2004. Information for Solicitation Number W912DQ-05-T-0021 Park Custodian, Hickory Park- Request for Quotes This acquisition is for Park Custodial Services. The contractor shall provide labor, material, and equipment as specified to perform Park Custodian duties at Hickory Park, Clinton Lake Project Office, Lawrence, Kansas. The period of performance is one ba se year beginning 01 May 2005 through 30 September 2005, plus three one-year options. The service period for Option Year I-FY06, is from 01 May 2006 through 30 September 06. The service period for Option Year II-FY07, is from 01 May 2007 through 30 Septe mber 2007. The service period for Option Year III -FY08, is from 01 May 2008 through 30 September 2008. The Government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the be st value to the government. Past performance and experience each count 40 percent towards the best value evaluation. Price will be 20 percent of the best value evaluation. This solicitation is open to small businesses only. The standard industrial code is 7349. The NAICS Code is 561720. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered b y this agency.
