Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for the purchase of labels. Samples of label will be made available upon request. Please provide a self-addressed envelope with postage and a sample will be mailed to you. Please m ail to the address indicated below. No samples will be mailed after 6 Dec 04. Period of performance is from date of award through 30 Sep 05 with four option years. This requirement will be on an as needed basis. The suggested source of supply is Timem ed Labeling Systems Inc, Brand Name or Equal. This requirement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12.
