- This amendment is issued to extend the closing date of this solicitation to 2:00 PM EST 01 DECEMBER 2004. 1. The following is provided as clarification of the delivery requirements and to add the attached pricing matrix: a. Deliveries will be required to commence within 120 days after receipt of order with a maximum monthly delivery rate of 30 each. Offerors shall provide pricing on the attached pricing matrix (amended). Offerors must submit pricing for all quantities contained in the quantity range. 2. The provision Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999) (FAR 52.212-2) is changed as follows: FROM: FACTOR 1 - Technical. Product samples will be evaluated for the salient characteristics and tested to determine if the sample provides the means to perform bore sight alignment and calibration procedures as outlined in Exhibit "A". TO: FACTOR 1 - Technical. Product samples will be evaluated for the salient characteristics and tested to determine if the sample provides the means to perform bore sight alignment and calibration procedures as outlined in page 5 herein. 3. The clause Order Limitations (OCT 1995) (FAR 52.216-19), paragraph (a) (2) is changed as follows: FROM: Any order for a combination of items in excess of $500,000; or TO: Any order for a combination of items in excess of $600,000; or All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
