- Description
- PURCHASE AND REFURBISHMENT OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED INTERNALLY TRANSPORTABLE VEHICLES (ITVs) This synopsis is amended to read as follows: Marine Corps Systems Command, on behalf of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, is soliciting for refurbishment of four (4) Government Owned Flyer internally transportable vehicles, two (2) new vehicles of the same configuration, training for sixteen (16) drivers and spare parts. A complete list of spare parts will be provided with the solicitation. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.301-1 with Flyer Defense LLC, 260 West Branch Ave., Inglewood, CA 90302. Inspection and acceptance will be at origin. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies and procedures contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government does not possess the technical documentation required to conduct this acquisition as previously advertised. Numbered Note 22 applies.
