Description

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to SNLFinancial, One SNL Plaza, PO Box 2124, Charlottesville, VA 22902 for its proprietary subscription service for SNL Datasource inclusive of all financial, M&A and Deposit Marketshare information, premium web based content within SNL Interactive, SNL ConversionWatch, SNL DataSource for financial Institutions, SNL Quarterly Thrift Digest, and ThriftInvestor. A separate solicitation is not available. Proposals in response to this notice must include 1. Price Proposal?a firm fixed price for the services. 2. Technical Proposal?literature describing the items. 3. Past Performance Information. Oral questions will not be accepted. Questions must be submitted via email to Elaine.logan@ots.treas.gov. Responsible firms may submit a written response to this notice. Oral proposals will not be accepted. The OTS intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order only after determining SNLFinancial represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The period of performance is January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. Proposals are due in the Procurement Office by 4:00 P.M. EST November 24, 2004 at Office of Thrift Supervision, Attn: Elaine S. Logan, 1700 G Street, N.W., Washington, DC, 20552. Proposals may be faxed to 202-906-5648 or emailed to Elaine.logan@ots.treas.gov.
