Description

*******ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE: SECONDARY POINT OF CONTACT IS TED CREWS******* Contractor is to furnish 15,000 and 18,000 cubic inch powder-coated grocery carts to Defense Commissary Agency commissaries. This acquisition will be awarded as a Requirements Type contract with a base and two one-year options. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 14 October 2004 as a 100% small business set-aside. Only written requests will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: solicitation number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, email address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code.
