17. ****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to James Lang Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-LS-A. PRON: AX5F5027AX, NSN: 5120-01-392-6178, P/N: 140074, NOUN: Puller Mechanical Quantity: 65 each applicable to A H-64 Airframe. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 65 each 180 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is sole source to Enginetics Corporation Cage 60168. This part requires engineering sou rce approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that r ecognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encourage to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval (SAR), for Aviation requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon th e date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
