Description

This Synopsis cancels the synopsis posted on March 31, 2004 for solicitation number, W15P7T-04-R-H631. The United States Army Communications & Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire the TA-1/PT Telephone Set, NSN: 5805-00-521-1320. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The requirement will be a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanitity (IDIQ) type contract. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. A minimum quantity of 500 each will be ordered with the first delivery order and a maximum quantity of 10,000 may be ordered. Based on current deman ds for the TA-1/PT, it is anticipated that 1000 to 2000 units per year may be ordered. There is no assurance that any orders will be awarded after the first order. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder using Reverse Auction Procedures. Please see Note No. 1.
