- This proposed procurement is a 100% HUBZone Set Aside. Firms participating in this procurement must be HUB Zone certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238390, All Other Spec ial Trade Contractors, $12 Million average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. Estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Completion date is no later than 05 January 2006. Project consists of constru ction of C-17 Wheel and Tire Shop and Aircraft Reclamation Shops within existing towers in Hangar 2303, March Air Reserve Base. Riverside County, California. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet. Amendments to this solicitation will be issued as Internet only. No additional media (Compact Disks, Floppy Disks, Facsimile or Paper) will be provided unless t he Government determines that it is necessary. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments fro m the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: http://ebs.spl.usace.army.mil. Any prospective bidder interested in bidding on this solicitation must register to be placed on the Plan Holders List. If you are not registered, the United States Government is not responsible for providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. Bidders shall register themselves on the Internet at the above Internet address. Each bidder, after registering for this solicitatio n should verify that his or her name appears on the Plan Holders List for the Project. All bidders should check the Los Angeles District Contracting Division website daily for notification of any changes to this solicitation. All contractors are encourag ed to visit the Army Single Face to Industry website at: http://acquisition.army.mil to view this and other business opportunities across the Army.
