- AMOUNT: To lease 100 square feet of existing office space. To be delivered by December 31, 2004. LOCATION: The U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a lease for 100 square feet of existing office space located at 509 Cornelius Harnett Road in Wilmington, NC. Alternate locations must be of equal size and quality and at an economic value to the Government including all tenant improvements cost, as well as all cost associated with the physical relocation. We currently being offered space at no cost to the Government. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
