- **THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING ISSUED TO ADD THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: FOB Destination/ Inspection at Origin. Estimated quantity Base yr 133 ea, 101 DARO, Stock Locations. Estimated quantity Option yrs 1-4, 133 ea, 101 DARO, Stock Locations. Duration of contract period is 60 months. Full and Open competition. Configuration Control applies. Critical Application Item. Government First Article Testing required. Production Lot Sample Testing. QAP 008. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 8 December 2004. Once all the data has been compiled and verified, the actual solicitation will be put on the Procurement Gateway where both the issue date and closing dates will be adjusted accordingly.** RA042400010000, NSN 1660-00-694-8121, Connector, Oxygen Mask Hose, Type MC-3A. Manufacture in accordance with Military/Federal Specification(s) MS22016 and MIL-DTL-19246. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 1078 each for the base year and 532 each for the option years. 300 Days ARO, Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
