Solicitation number SP0406-05-Q-T001, YPG04294001133, NSN 6850-01-089-5514, Fuel System Icing Inhibitor, High Flash Diethelylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether is amended this date to dissolve the 100% small business set-aside and extend the closing date until 08 December 2004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. Solicitation is unrestricted, full and open competition, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for 661 DR with a 100% option. This is a critical application item. FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Destination. QAP 010 applies. Requested delivery is 48 DARO. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. Specification available. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 09 November 2004, with a closing date of 08 December 2004.
