Description: The Section 104 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) as amended by Section 110 (P.L. 99 499) of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) is required to conduct peer review on studies and other research which are to be the basis of environmental public health policy. The purpose of this contract is to provide a mechanism for obtaining peer review for Toxicological Profiles, associated unpublished studies, and other agency products to address this requirement.
