Description

The Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC is advertising for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property. Work will include, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to repair and install masonry or metal stud and sheetrock walls, carpentry, electrical outlets, acoustical ceilings, light fixtures, lavatories, VCT floors, vinyl wall covering, painting and finishing. Individual Task Orders will authorize the work. The estimated maximum cumulative shall not exceed $250,000, which is inclusive of the base year and four (4) one-year option periods. Eligible firms must be located within a one-hour response time to Fayetteville, North Carolina. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS. An EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS means a small business concern whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applicable to the standard industrial classification code assigned to a contracting opportunity. NAICS Code 236220 applies with a size standard of less than $28.5 million. The award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds.
