SOL: 261-0040-05 Due: Nov 30, 2004 Request for Proposal ? Rigid SENSE Array The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to award a contract for the purchase of an Eight Channel Receive-only Rigid SENSE array for Bruker 4T MRI Scanner, with coil interface. This will be procured on behalf of the Research Department, San Francisco VA Medical Center. Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, parts and expertise necessary to fulfill requirements. Only a small number of firms are capable of providing this equipment and only one of the three known firms expressed an interest in selling this item to the Government. This firm is categorized as a Small Business, so this action will be considered a Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 334510, size standard of $500,000 applies. Anticipated date of delivery: by December 15, 2004. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing, questions may be faxed to W.
