THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS CORRECTED TO FA8104-05-Q-0052. THIS AMENDED SYNOPSIS IS TO CORRECT AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR. THE PREVIOUSLY POSTED SYNOPSIS INCORRECTLY STATED THE SOLICITATION NUMBER WAS FA8104-05-M-0052. THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS FA8104-05-Q-0052. DESC: OC-ALC/LPKPA DIR CONTRACTING/PROPULSION 3001 STAFF DR STE 2AG1 109B TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3032. For additional information, contact Linda Murphy/LPKPA/(405) 734-8242. Item 0001 is a Switch Assembly. NSN: 5930004513831RV. P/N: 1433-663092. DESCRIPTION: The Switch Assembly is a small circuit board approximate length 1? X 4? wide. The function of the switch is to provide the electric circuit to the 3 amp actuator motor. DIMENSION: approximately 1? in length by 4? wide. MATERIAL: Consists of various materials. QTY: Range of 151 Max, 121 Med, and 61 Min. Destn: Tinker AFB OK 73145-3032. Delivery: November 2005. The approximate issue date of solicitation will be 23 November 2004. Government/Commercial New and Unused surplus is acceptable. The anticipated award date is January 2005. Due to the complexity and criticality of this part, only actual manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing required by the original company responsible for the design (or manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing on items determined by the government to be similar in complexity and criticality completed) can be considered approved sources for this item. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Written quotations are required. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which will be considered. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with Parker Hannifin Corp. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source selection process.
