Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911SA-05-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is due by 30th Nov 04. The RFQ is a fixed price, small business set-asid e, with NAICS code 212321, and the small business size standard is 500. This requirement is to furnish and install the following: 0001. The Fort McCoy Directorate of Training and Mobilization has need for a contractor to furnish, place, grade and compact 8 inches of Gravel Base to 7,847 linear feet of road 13 feet wide at the convoy livefire Range 4. 0002. Range 26 a) Furnish and install fabric filter for placement of road gravel on 5,000 lineal feet of Road 10 feet wide. b) Furnish, place, grade a nd compact 6 inches of Gravel Base to 5,000 linear feet of road 10 feet wide. Delivery/Install must be within 10 days after receipt of a Purchase Order. Payment: Net 30. In accordance with FAR 39.106, the contractor shall ensure the offered product and all information technology (IT) contained therein shall be Year 2000 Compliant. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award.
