Description: Proposed procurement for Paint Stripper. A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated. The proposed contract will be for 12 months with staggered deliveries of 13 drums per month. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sou rce under the Authority of FAR 6.302(a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or proposal. Solicitation will be issued ONLY upon request and electronically. This notice of intent is not a request f or competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered.
