Description: A firmed fixed price type contract is contemplated. The proposed contract will be for 12 months with staggered deliveries of 4 drums per month. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Brulin and Company) under the Auth ority of FAR 6.302(a)(1). Solicitation will be issued ONLY upon request and electronically. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be consider ed.
