Description: Mowing-Maintenance Services for Delaware Lake, Ohio. Approximate time will be calendar year 2005 with four additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this contract is $400,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing and sele cted maintenance services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indef inite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offerer whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered.
