Description

The Philadelphia District intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with S&L Enterprises, Inc., 7709 Tanner Robert Court, Springfield, VA 22153 for non-personnel services in support of the Command Provost Marshal Directorate and the respective Divi sions, Districts, Centers of Expertise and Laboratory Security and Law Enforcement Offices within the command relative to various tasks within the Command Antiterrorism, Force Protection and Physical Security Programs. This notice of intent is NOT a Reques t for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this noti ce is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The contract will be for a one year period with options for up to two additional years. The NAICS Code is 541612 with a size standard of $6 milli on. All contractors are required to be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
