Description

Pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, U.S. Department of Treasury, intends to issue an order for commercial items on a sole-source basis to ACF Consultants Limited for training during January and February 2005 in New York, NY. ACF will provide OCC bank examiners with highly specialized training regarding fixed income securities, derivative products, financial markets, capital markets products, and related risk management. The requirement also includes the provision of a facility with training rooms, breakout rooms, computers, technology support, conference supplies, business center, and other related guest services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Written or telephone requests for a solicitation will not be accepted; a solicitation will not be issued. All information received within 10 days after the date of this notification that contain pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
