Description

The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Eastern Service Center intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for work associated with the removal of hard ceiling and sprayed on asbestos from a concrete deck and beam at the Thomas S. Foley Federal Courthouse in Spokane, Washington. The contractors shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to preparing the site for demolition and asbestos abatement. The estimated construction cost range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910, small business size standard is $12.0 million. Quotations will be accepted from all responsible and responsive small business concerns. For this procurement a concern is considered to be a small business if annual average gross revenue from the last three fiscal years does not exceed $28.5 million.
