NOTICE OF SHORT LISTED FIRMS Solicitation No. GS-01P-05-BZC-0002, A/E Design Excellence, New Construction of a Federal Building at Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth, NH. Please reference Previous CBD Notice posted 10/7/2004. Submittals for qualifications were due 11/8/2004. Thirty (30) proposals were received and evaluated using the criteria set forth within the CBD notice referenced above. Six (6) firms were selected to continue into the next phase of the design excellence process. Those firms are listed below in alphabetical order. 1. Anderson Architects, 555 West 25th St., New York, NY 2. Bargman Hendrie + Archtype (BH+A), 316 Summer ST., Boston, MA 3. Charles Rose Architects, 115 Willow Ave., Somerville, MA 4. Garrison Architects, 180 Varick St., New York, NY 5. Kallmann McKinnell & Wood Architects, 939 Boylston St., Boston, MA 6. Kiernan Timberlake Associates, 420 North 20th St., Philadelphia, PA A networking session is scheduled for November 30, 2004 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon in the auditorium of the Thomas P. O?Neill Federal Building, 10 Causeway Street, Boston, MA. The main purpose of the session is to assist the short listed A/E firms in meeting the goals for teaming with small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns.
