Description

Project No. ZNRE 00-1033, Repr Dorm Rooms 331,. Yokota Air Base, Japan. The work scope includes but is not limited to: renovation of bathrooms and bedrooms, installation of sprinkler system, replacement of lighting fixtures, asbestos abatement, modification of fire alarm system, installation of water line with a post indicator. A site orientation is scheduled on 13 Ju1 04, from 1000 hours at Bldg 620 (374th Contracting Squadron). Advance notice to the Point of Contact listed below is required in order to attend the site orientation. NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES, WHICH ARE NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-JUN-2004).
