Description

The Scopes within this Statement of Work include street/parking/sidewalk lighting, jersey barrier placement, guard shack fabrication, bus stop shelter, sidewalk installation, pedestrian search area awning fabrication, installation of drainage requirements, speed bump installation, and parking lot line painting. JASG-C/ Department of Public works will serve as the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). All correspondence associated with this statement of work will be forwarded to the COR. In order to provide a functional facility, the contractor will be expected to adhere and complete projects according to strict timelines and phased schedules. The facility will be open to the public and in use prior to 100% completion of the project. In order to expedite the process and meet demands the contractor will be required to coordinate all construction timelines and schedules with the COR.
