Description

SOURCES SOUGHT/SOLE SOURCE: The VA Medical Center, Erie, PA is seeking vendors who can provide the following Brand Name or Equal equipment: GDx VCC-Scanning Laser Polarimeter that images, measures and analyzes the retinal nerve fiber layer. Equipment is used for early detection of glaucoma. Vendors should respond to this sources sought announcement if they are capable of meeting the Government?s needs. If interested provide a detailed written proposal on company letterhead or other proposal forms, including pricing and literature. If after fifteen (15) days from the date of the posting of this announcement no additional sources are identified via this sources sought announcement the Government anticipates entering into sole source purchase negotiations with Laser Diagnostic Technologies, San Diego, Ca. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. ALL INQUIRES MUST BE IN WRITING, NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
