Description
Seeking service-disabled veteran owned businesses and small businesses to provide home oxygen services for VISN 1 (New England). VA Connecticut Healthcare System has a requirement for Home Oxygen services, which will be provided to beneficiaries of the medical centers and outpatient clinics throughout New England. The medical center locations that comprise VISN 1 are: VA Boston Healthcare System, Boston, MA (includes the VAMC Bedford, MA); VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven Campus (West Haven, CT) and Newington Campus (Newington, CT); VAMC Manchester, NH; VAMC Northampton, MA; VAMC Providence, RI; VAMC Togus, ME; VAMC White River Junction, VT. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, parts, expertise, transportation and supervision necessary to furnish home oxygen and respiratory equipment to veteran beneficiaries of VISN 1. The contractor shall also provide a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist, licensed in the state where he/she performs services, to train, educate and monitor patients. The NAICS Code for these services is 621610, size standard is $11.5 million. Service disabled veteran owned businesses and small businesses that feel they may be capable of providing these services should submit all applicable information, including business size, by December 6, 2004.
