Description

The point of contact for this acquisition is, Contract Specialist, Joni Swaim at 256-876-7230 or email address: Joni.Swaim@redstone.army.mil, Contracting Officer is William F. Krahl at 256-842-7307. The Inventory Materiel Management Center intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials letter contract that is restricted to an approved source, Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Approved source is Rolls Royce Corporation, PO Box 420, S. Tibbs, Indianapolis, IN. The contractor is required to provide for this acquisition complete contr actor logistics support to maintain the 250-C30 R3 engines within the OH-58D Helicopter. This includes acquisition of Contractor Field Srvice Representatives stationed at various Forts within the US and countries outside the US, engineering, program manag ement and administrative support, Power-By-The-Hour support, Engine teardown and component repairs, travel as required and data items. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. (See Numbe red Note 22)
